UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS ANYONE ALLOWED TO USE, REPOST, TRACE, PRINT AND SELL, OR CLAIM THE ARTIST'S WORK, DESIGNS, CHARACTERS AND MEDIA WITHOUT DIRECT WRITTEN PERMISSION. THIS INCLUDES USE IN AI TRAINING.
-----------------------------------------------------BEFORE BUYING:- Please provide clear reference for character(s). These do NOT have to be official reference sheets nor digital.
- if you do not have references, I am happy to create a character based on images, descriptions and color pallets via the "color ink" commission page.
- Buyer always welcome to print or post their digital item for personal use only (@ is appreciated). You do not need to contact me if you sell your character and attach my work in the package.- WATERMARKS ARE NEVER to be removed by buyer. Removal is considered theft or attempting to claim the work as your own and artist may report, flag, black, or take legal action.-----------------------------------------------------SKETCHING STAGE/SKETCHES:
- Do not settle for draft sketches if ordering Ink or more. Please ensure any issues are corrected before inking or color.
2 or more major changes may incur a 5% fee after ink and 10% fee after color.- Several Sketches can be included on a single page if multiple are ordered, at request.-----------------------------------------------------LINEART / COLOR / MANGA:-Basic color or gradient adjustments are not major edits, but patterns may be.- After shading begins, edits are not allowed. Please issue correction BEFORE this stage.- If buyer uses traditional work as reference, final color may not be 100% accurate.
-----------------------------------------------------DIGITAL DELIVERY / PHYSICAL RELEASES / USPS ISSUES:- Finished work is send to email on Ko-Fi receipt. (want it sent another way? contact me).- Physical shipping only occur for pieces that offer this choice, and of which have paid the shipping fee.- Artist requires full address or PO box. Legal name preferred. Alias or character name may leave you unable to receive item(s) in certain housing. If this happens, buyer is not eligible for refunds, as this is a risk the buyer takes.- Please contact with photo evidence of damaged goods so artist may replace product. This is NOT required and they may refuse. This does not include slight corners being bent or slightly torn or light scratches that may occur during transit.------------------------------------------------------ARTIST EXPECTATIONS:- This artist does not do rush orders or orders made for specific times/events. Work may take 1-6 weeks, depending on complexity and queue.- First pay first serve. Slot order (priority) will never change, but artist may work on multiple commissions at once.- Artist may refuse/refund a service at any point if they feel uncomfortable with subject or feel they are being harassed, unfairly treated or otherwise intimidated, without discussion.------------------------------------------------------IMPORTANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:- Artist is not responsible for payments made with stolen accounts/funds and is not required to refund. This is something you must contact your card provider or ko-fi for.- Artist is not responsible for actions of a buyer, nor negative connotations or claims of offensive material.
- This artist does not aim to offend or attack any group, movement or person(s) and therefore will uphold their right of expression. You may never ask artist to stop work or remove any postings of work/content that does not directly go against a platform's tos.- Artist will never save or distribute personal information regarding patron under any circumstance, including (but not limited to) name, address, photos, email, ID information or any other private/personal information.- Artist asks the same restrictions above, and also asks for patron to never attempt to send anything (including gifts/art) or visit artist unless given full disclosure to do so. This is for your, and my, protection. Legal action will be taken.
